Cancellation Policy

All Sales are final. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Please read carefully) By Registering and upon the purchase of being in attendance as a participant of this group, you are agreeing to the stipulations listed in this Non-Disclosure Agreement. This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of date of purchase by and between: Disclosing Party: Tunnesia Owens, Registering and Other Participants; Receiving Party: Tunnesia Owens, Registering and Other Participants 1. Purpose-The Disclosing Party may share confidential and proprietary information with the Receiving Party for the purpose of RoundTable Discussion involving the mindset and restructuring of mind processes. 2. Definition of Confidential Information-Confidential Information includes but is not limited to life issues/struggles, personal information, intellectual property, marketing strategies, and other non-public information disclosed by any Disclosing Party in attendance. 3. Obligations of the Receiving Party-The Receiving Party agrees: To keep all Information strictly Confidential. Not to disclose, reproduce, or use Confidential Information for any purpose. To take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the information. 4. Exclusions-Confidential Information does not include information that: Is publicly available through no breach of this Agreement. Is independently developed by the Receiving Party. Is lawfully obtained from a third party without confidentiality obligations. 5. Term and Termination - Because of the sensitivity and nature of some information being shared, this Agreement remains in effect indefinitely from the date of purchasing as an attendee. Confidentiality obligations survive termination. 6. Remedies-The Disclosing Party may seek injunctive relief and damages for any unauthorized disclosure or breach of this Agreement. 7. Governing Law-This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut and/or the state the meetings are being held whether virtual or in-person. 8. Entire Agreement-This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties concerning confidentiality matters. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties agree to the terms and execute this Agreement on the date of purchase.
